My Life

As a general rule, you don’t just tell anyone you whole life story…and since this is readable by all…I won’t make you go through that kind of pain.  All I really want to say is that I’m a 25 yr. old Christian Guy.

I kind of have to tell you that I got married on May 23, 2009.  That’s a big event in my life.  In fact, I might go so far as to say that it’s the biggest decision in my life since my salvation.  I married the most beautiful girl in the world.  Her name is Heather.

Right now I’m at Northland International University working on a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling.  I will graduate in the spring of 2010.

After I graduate, I will be moving with my wife to a small town in California, hopefully Lakeport.  Right now we’re not exactly sure where we want to end up.  We just know that God wants us involved in small church/church planting in the West.  We both have a burden for California and know the pastor of the church in Lakeport.  If that’s where God wants us, then that’s where we’ll be.

About Me

I like music. Specifically, I like conservative Christian music performed in a way that glorifies God and edifies other believers.  My music style choices have changed over the years, but my philosophy remains the same…soli Deo gloria…”all to the glory of God.”

Although my favorite kind of music is sacred in nature, I also enjoy many different styles of secular music.  As you can see by the links for song downloads I have at the top of the page, I am a lover of music by Michael Buble. I’m also a fan of Josh Groban.  Both of these singers have a voice I covet.  Man, I wish I could sing like them. I’ve only recorded one song…and it’s no where near where I’d like to be.

It’s called O Great God.  I don’t really like the accompaniment track, but, until I can afford to have my own orchestra record, this will have to do.

I also like technology.  I love computers.  I really enjoy making computers a useful addition to our society.  I think that technology can be used to advance our ministry among the younger generations.

My Family

I have 2 brothers, an older and a younger, Rob and Jeff respectively. Rob is happily married to Kat. And Jeff is also attending Northland working on an undergraduate degree in Speech Education.

My Parents, Kent and Susie Wadsworth, currently live in Greenville, SC. They currently work at Bob Jones University.  My Dad works in Technology, and my Mom works in Interior Design.  They own a beautiful home in Greer, SC.
